Louie is a man without a dream. He spends his days taking care of his daughter, working part time at a muffler shop, and trying (in vain) to do right by his wife. When pressed about his situation by his daughter, Louie explains that he was "high all the time" in school and ultimately hasn't amounted to much. Louie likes to gripe about his life, but he has no ambition to change it.
