After visiting Dr. Morrison with a burned hand, Larry convinces him to make an exception to his no-home-phone-number policy, and promptly violates the trust. Meanwhile, he gets incensed when Ted and Mary invite Jeff and Susie (and not Larry) to enjoy the $300 gift certificate he gave them to Matteo's restaurant. And though Larry is pleased when he runs into an ex, Mary Jane Porter, and she asks him out, when her jealous boyfriend finds out, Larry has to flee – and has difficulty finding safe shelter.
