Rebecca De Mornay made her acting debut starring as a seductive call-girl in the immensely popular film RISKY BUSINESS. Her strikingly diverse film roles since then include her internationally acclaimed portrayal of a chillingly twisted nanny in the box-office smash THE HAND THAT ROCKS THE CRADLE, as well as LORDS OF DOGTOWN (with Emile Hirsch and Heath Ledger), IDENTITY (with John Cusack), RAISE YOUR VOICE, RUNAWAY TRAIN, A TRIP TO BOUNTIFUL, TESTAMENT, AND GOD CREATED WOMAN, FEDS, BACKDRAFT, GUILTY AS SIN, THE THREE MUSKETEERS, NEVER TALK TO STRANGERS, THE WINNER (which she also executive-produced), and a cameo in THE WEDDING CRASHERS. She also recently completed the independent films AMERICAN VENUS, and THE MUSIC WITHIN (with Michael Sheen).
On network television, De Mornay has had multi-episode story arcs on E.R., THE PRACTICE, BOOMTOWN, and she recently guest-starred on LAW AND ORDER: SVU. She has also starred in the television films GETTING OUT by Marsha Norman and NIGHT RIDE HOME (with Ellen Burstyn), as well as in the mini-series AN INCONVENIENT WOMAN (with Jason Robards), Stephen King's THE SHINING and SALEM WITCH TRIALS.
Rebecca is currently shooting HBO's new series JOHN FROM CINCINNATI by David Milch. Her other work on HBO includes the films THICK AS THIEVES (with Alec Baldwin), THE RIGHT TEMPTATION (with Kiefer Sutherland) and BLINDSIDE (with Rutger Hauer). Other cable-television films include THE CON (with Bill Macy), RANGE OF MOTION (with Henry Czerny), and TABLE FOR ONE.
