 Cynthia Nixon (Eleanor Roosevelt) won an Emmy® for HBO's "Sex and the City," and previously received four Golden Globe® and two other Emmy® nominations for the show. She made her film debut in "Little Darlings" at age 12 and has since appeared in numerous films, including "Amadeus," "The Pelican Brief," "The Manhattan Project," and most recently opposite Bradley Whitford in "Little Manhattan," due for release this year. Her Broadway credits include "The Women," "Indiscretions" (for which she received a Tony nomination), "Hurlyburly," "The Real Thing" and "The Philadelphia Story" (for which she won a 1981 Theater World Award in her stage debut). She recently reprised her role as Alex Tanner in the series "Tanner on Tanner," a sequel to Robert Altman and Gary Trudeau's "Tanner '88."
