Chris Cooper was recently awarded an Oscar® and Golden Globe for supporting actor for "Adaptation," as well as an award from the National Board of Review.
His other films include "The Bourne Identity," "Interstate 60," "The Patriot," "Me, Myself & Irene," "American Beauty," for which he shared the Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Theatrical Motion Picture, "October Sky," "The Horse Whisperer," "Great Expectations," "A Time to Kill," "Lone Star," "Matewan" and "This Boy's Life."
Cooper starred in the HBO Pictures presentation "Breast Men," plus the acclaimed miniseries "Lonesome Dove" and "Return to Lonesome Dove."
