His diagnosis was made at 18 weeks gestation and his life saving corrective surgery was performed at 11 weeks of age. Jason was closely monitored by his cardiologist but was, as you state, suffocating. Today he is a beautiful, healthy, happy toddler who's into everything and gives us a run for our money every day. He's a blessing, a joy and a testament to these doctors who so long ago persevered and pioneered this surgery. Our lives and the lives of countless other families would be so different if it wasn't for these brave doctors. THANK YOU for doing this film, spreading the word, raising awareness and saving lives through information and hope!
