Denis won a Tony Award in 2003 as Best Actor for his performance in "Take Me Out." He also won the Drama Desk Award, Outer Critics Circle Award, Lucille Lortel Award and the Clarence Derwent Award. He was nominated the following year for playing Garfield assassin Charles J. Guiteau in "Assassins." O'Hare also won the 2005 Drama Desk Award for "Sweet Charity." His film credits include "Heights," "Garden State," "21 Grams," "The Anniversary Party," "Sweet and Lowdown," and "River Red."
