Watching HBO's new reality series, Family Bonds, about an unusual Long Island clan whose lives revolve around the family's bail bond business, brings back the kind of unexpected warm fuzzies usually reserved for the first season of MTV's The Osbournes.
Beneath the loud-mouthed, trash-talking, tattooed, pierced and bleached-blond exteriors is a group of people who not only genuinely love and care for each other but are probably more functional than the Cleaver types next door.
