Turtle knows that he's living the perfect life, and doesn't care he's gotten there by riding Vince's coattails. Always on the hustle, Turtle takes advantage of every opportunity LA has to offer. Loyal to Vince and dedicated to maintaining the LA lifestyle, Turtle is now in charge of running the day-to-day operations of the house. Turtle may seem like low man on the totem pole, but the entourage wouldn't be having half as much fun without him. Turtle is also starting to show some initiative of his own, signing rap artist Saigon to a management deal and eventually making a quick $40K when the contract was eventually broken.
