As the most grounded of Vince's friends, Eric was rewarded for keeping his childhood buddy on track personally and professionally by being made his manager. Despite their shared success handling Vince, Ari still doesn't like having to deal with E - or his level of influence over Vince's decisions. Thanks to Sloan, Eric got connected to uber-manager Murray Berenson who offered him a job. E went through some dating ups and downs before realizing he was still in love with Sloan -- and was ready to marry her.
