Amy's ex-husband Levi was a functioning drug addict. They had a troubled relationship, though the chemistry that first brought them together still exists. Annoyed by Amy's attempts to help him deal with his addiction issues, Levi finally realizes he needs to get his life in order and checks into the Open Air Treatment Center in Hawaii.
