Amnesty International

Amnesty International is the world's largest grassroots human rights organization, mobilizing activists, supporters, and volunteers around the world to protect people wherever justice, freedom, truth, and dignity are denied. Amnesty named Pussy Riot members Prisoners of Conscience after they were arrested and jailed in 2012 for performing a song critical of President Putin.
