Featured in the film, the Project HOPE School serves homeless students in the city of Orange. Through the Project Hope School Foundation, the school provides K-8 instruction to 60 students each year, a full-time on-site social worker, and transportation services to/from school and to/from an after school program provided in conjunction with the Boys & Girls Club Of Tustin.
This grassroots group addresses the homelessness crisis in Orange County through programs that focus on community outreach, interim housing, permanent housing, and recuperative care.
The mission of School on Wheels is the enhancement of educational opportunities for homeless children from kindergarten through twelfth grade. Our goal is to shrink the gaps in their education and provide them with the highest education possible.
