HBO Documentary Films Series
Premieres Monday, July 7 at 9pm

This summer, a new HBO Documentary Films presentation premieres every Monday night at 9pm from June 9 through August 25.

THIS MONDAY: 'The Art of Failure: Chuck Connelly Not For Sale': Chuck Connelly was once on his way to being a true art star. In the 80's, he sold more than a million dollars worth of art. But Chuck Connelly also alienated every collector and gallery owner he worked with. Filmed over six years, the documentary explores a prolific painter's passion for his work, and his struggle to regain his place in an often-capricious art scene, despite being his own worst enemy.
