When Larry's demanding neighbors Dean and Phyliss Weinstock visit, Phyliss says "I'm finally in the house that Jerry Seinfeld built!" Larry adds: "With his own hands, like Jimmy Carter."

Phyliss asks about a color used in Larry's house: "Is that swiss chocolate or vanilla bean?" "I think it's chocolate cho-cho," Larry answers.
