| Is HBO available outside the U.S.? If so, where? |

Since HBO's film licenses only grant us exhibition rights for American territory, HBO is only available in the 50 states, and the American territories of Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
However, HBO has set up "home-grown" sister HBO services in a number of foreign markets in Eastern Europe, Latin America, and a number of Pacific Rim countries. While they are part of our corporate organization, they are programmed independently of the HBO you see here in the U.S.
