Summary
As Valerie prepares for the press launch of her reality show, she turns her focus towards getting in shape, starting with her old treadmill. This comes as a surprise to Mark, who inadvertently steps on the moving track and winds up in the emergency room - with a hand full of broken fingers.
While attempting to nurse Mark back to health, Valerie discovers that Juna is now gracing magazine covers, and decides its time to hire her own publicist. She gets a pass from Juna's P.R. woman ("We try to stick with up-and-comers"), but finds a willing and eager advocate in Billy, who has big plans for elevating her profile beginning with the cover of Be Yoga magazine. Taking her cues from "the universe," Valerie decides its time to "get off the treadmill" and let go of old attachments, which includes converting her fitness room into a Zen space - in time for the Be Yoga photo shoot. The only thing left to conquer is the yoga itself, which proves to be the biggest challenge, threatening to derail her cover. Luckily her publicist is also a pugilist, and with the help of Mark's percocets, she makes it to the magazine stands - arms raised in prayer to the sky.
