John Riggi started his career as a stand up comedian and eventually moved to Hollywood to pursue acting. After numerous crushing disappointments, he abandoned all hope of ever booking a single acting job and instead became a comedy writer. His substantial television resume includes his work as an Emmy-nominated Executive Producer of "The Larry Sanders Show" on HBO. More recently, he was the Executive Producer and Director of several episodes of the WB series "My Guide to Becoming a Rockstar." Riggi lives in the Los Angeles, with Mike Schur, his lover of ten years.
