NO PURCHASE OR SUBSCRIPTION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN



1. ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington D.C., who are 18 years of age or older as of 4/2/07 and reside in a household with a Comcast.net subscription prior to 4/2/07 in good standing at time of entry and prize award. Subject to the prior sentence, a change to an eligible individuals Comcast.net subscription status during the Promotion Period will not change entrant' s eligibility. Employees of Home Box Office, Inc. ("Sponsor"), Comcast Interactive Media, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling or their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) and/or those living in the same household of each, whether or not related, are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

2. HOW TO ENTER: Visit www.hbo.com/sopranoshd from 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on 4/2/07 through 11:59 PM ET on 5/1/07 ("Promotion Period") and follow the on-screen directions to enter the sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per Comcast.net household per day. If more than one entry is received from any Comcast.net household in any given day only the first such entry received will be eligible and all subsequent entries received that day will be void. A day is defined as 12:00AM ET through 11:59PM ET. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

3. RANDOM DRAWINGS: One drawing will be conducted per day for each of the 30 days of the promotion to select one Grand Prize winner for each day of the Promotion Period (for a total of 30 winners.) Random drawings will occur on or about 5/9/07, and be conducted by D.L. Blair, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding. Potential Grand Prize winners will be notified by mail. Odds of winning in each day will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received for that day. Non-winning entries will NOT be "rolled-over" into subsequent drawings.

4. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be notified by telephone, mail and/or email and must execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability and unless prohibited, Publicity Release, within 7 days of date of notification. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification and, at Sponsor' s sole discretion, an alternate winner may be selected for the day at issue. If winner is at least 18 but still considered a minor in his/her state of residence, prize may be awarded in the name of a parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winners set forth herein. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable or noncompliance with these Official Rules or if a potential winner' s Comcast.net subscription is not in good standing will result in disqualification and, at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate may be selected for the drawing at issue.

5. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV"): (30) Grand Prizes (one available to be won during each day of the sweepstakes) - A Sharp 32-inch HDTV (ARV $750 each). Prize consists of only the item specifically stated herein. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion. All federal, state and local taxes (if any) and all other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being awarded are the sole responsibility of winners, including any costs of installation. No cash redemption, substitution, assignment or transfer of prize by winners permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion.

6. GENERAL RULES: Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to Sponsor and its designees to use each winner's name, city, state of residence, voice and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade, in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity without further notification, approval or compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating in this sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and judges which are binding and final on all matters relating to this sweepstakes. By participating, entrant agrees to hold Sponsor, Comcast Interactive Media, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively "Released Parties") harmless against any and all claims, injuries, losses and liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly out of acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in the sweepstakes. Entrant assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused by participation in this sweepstakes and acceptance, use or redemption of prize. Released Parties are not responsible for typographical, printing, human, technical, computer or other errors relating to or in connection with the sweepstakes, including, without limitation, any error which may appear in any sweepstakes-related materials, administration of this sweepstakes, the processing of entries or in the announcement of the prizes. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.

7. INTERNET DISCLOSURE: Released Parties not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, stolen, garbled, damaged, illegible, undelivered or misdirected or inaccurate entries or for any technical problems, malfunctions of any telephone lines, computer systems, servers, providers, hardware/software, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any combination thereof. Released Parties are also not responsible for any damage to any entrant's computer system/software related to or resulting from participating in this sweepstakes or downloading any materials from the website. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed, or the like methods of participation will void all such submissions by such methods. In the event of a dispute regarding entries from multiple users having the same email account, the authorized subscriber of the email account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the email address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses. Should any portion of the sweepstakes be, in Sponsor's sole opinion, compromised by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes which impair or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, modify, terminate or suspend this sweepstakes. In the event of termination, a notice will be posted on the promotional website and, at Sponsor' s discretion, a random drawing to determine all remaining daily winners will be held from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the time of the event causing such termination.
