1. Visit www.HBO.com from 12:01 PM (ET) on 9/10/03 through 11:59 AM (ET) on 11/3/03 and follow the on-screen directions to enter the required information. Limit one online entry per person/e-mail address.



2. RANDOM DRAWING: Winners will be selected in a random drawing to be conducted on or about 11/7/03, from among all eligible entries received by D.L. Blair, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final. Winners will be notified by mail/email. Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.



3. PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES: (1) Grand Prize - A 3 day/2 night trip for 2 to Las Vegas, NV including round-trip coach air transportation (from major airport nearest winner's residence), hotel accommodations (1 room, double occupancy), 2 admission tickets to Cirque Du Soleil and $250 in spending money for winner. (ARV $3,000); (5) First Prizes - A Carnivàle gift bag which includes a Carnivàle suede tote bag, a hand-sewn leather journal and a leather bookmark. ($45.75 ea.); (10) Second Prizes - A Carnivàle baseball hat. ($8 ea.). Prizes consist of only the items specifically listed as part of the prize.



4. GENERAL RULES: Open only to U.S. residents who, as of 11/3/03, are 21 years of age or older. Employees of Home Box Office, Inc., its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. All income taxes are the sole responsibility of winners. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Sponsor shall not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected mail/e-mail or for any technical problems, malfunctions of any telephone lines, computer systems, servers, providers, hardware/software, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any combination thereof. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any damage to any participant's computer system/software related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this promotion. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. If for any reason the promotion is canceled, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes outside control of Sponsor which impair or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or any other aspect of the Sweepstakes and to cancel, modify, terminate or suspend the sweepstakes. In the event of termination, a notice will be posted and a random drawing will be held from all eligible internet entries received prior to the time of termination. Grand Prize trip must be completed within one year of notification. Trip must be booked at least 30 days prior to travel and is subject to availability. Potential Grand Prize winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility within 10 days of attempted notification. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification and an alternate may be selected. All travelers must execute a Release of Liability prior to ticketing and must possess required travel documents (i.e., valid photo I.D.) prior to departure. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate may be selected. All travelers must be 21 years of age or older. All prizes are subject to availability and Home Box Office, Inc. reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value. Limit one prize per household. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and their respective agencies to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating in this sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. By accepting prize, winners agree to hold Sponsor harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prizes.
