- RANDOM DRAWING: Winners will be selected in a random drawing to be conducted on or about 8/6/03, from among all eligible entries received by D.L. Blair, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final. Winners will be notified by mail. Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
