- RANDOM DRAWING: Winners will be selected in a random drawing to be conducted on or about 4/9/03, from among all eligible entries received by D.L. Blair, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final. Winners will be notified by phone/mail. Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

If Grand Prize winner resides within a 100-mile radius of Los Angeles, CA, winner will receive a $150 travel stipend in lieu of the air transportation portion of prize.
