  1. TWO WAYS TO ENTER:
    - Access the HBO web site at www.HBO.com (or link to this sweepstakes through a participating network) beginning 12:00 PM (ET) on 3/27/2002 through 11:59 PM (ET) on 4/30/02 and click on the "Visit Churchill's England" Sweepstakes link. Follow the on-screen directions to enter the following: your name, address (including zip code), date of birth, e-mail address and telephone number. Limit one online entry per person/e-mail address.

    - Official Entry Forms are available, while supplies last, on special displays at participating wine and spirit stores that carry Champagne Pol Roger and also at participating US Airways ticket counters in domestic airports or City Ticket Offices, (excluding CA and Puerto Rico). On an Official Entry Form or on a plain piece of 3" x 5" paper, hand print your complete name, street address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, zip code, date of birth, plus (optional) daytime and evening telephone numbers. Mail your entry in a hand-addressed #10 envelope, with first class postage affixed, to: HBO's "Visit Churchill's England" Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 4064, Blair, NE 68009-4064, to be received by 5/7/02. Limit one entry per envelope. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted. Illegible entries are void. Not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, misdirected entries or entries not received in time for the random drawing.

  2. RANDOM DRAWING: Winners will be selected in a random drawing to be conducted on or about 5/13/02, from among all eligible entries received by D.L. Blair, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final. Winners will be notified by phone/mail. Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

  3. PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES: (1) Grand Prize -- A 7-day/6-night trip for two to London, England. Prize includes round-trip Envoy Class (business class) air transportation (from gateway airport closest to winner's home which is served by US Airways) to London, England, hotel accommodations at the Churchill Inter-Continental (double occupancy), ground transportation between airport and hotel, a day trip to Chartwell (including a $100 travel credit for Hertz Rental Car), a full-day sightseeing tour, and a London walking tour. Personal expenses including, but not limited to, telephone, laundry, room service and personal purchases are not included. Any connecting air travel will be provided on either US Airways, the US Airways Express carriers or US Airways Shuttle ($16,570); (2) First Prizes -- A $200 gift certificate redeemable for dinner at winner's choice of restaurant (gift certificate expires 5/15/03 and is not redeemable for cash.) ($200 ea.); (10) Second Prizes -- A 1-year subscription to Conde Nast Traveler ($20 ea.); (5) Third Prizes -- A copy of the book "Churchill: A Biography" by Roy Jenkins ($15 ea.) Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize.

  4. GENERAL RULES: Open only to U.S. residents (except CA) who, as of 3/27/02, are 21 years of age or older. Employees of Home Box Office, Frederick Wildman and Sons, Ltd., Civic Entertainment Group, The Conde Nast Publications, Mark Travel Corporation and US Airways, their affiliates, subsidiaries, entities engaged in the manufacture, distribution or retail sale of alcohol beverage products, advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. Void in California, Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected e-mail or for any technical problems, malfunctions of any telephone lines, computer systems, servers, providers, hardware/software, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any combination thereof. The sponsor is not responsible for any damage to any participant's computer system/software related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this promotion. If for any reason the promotion is canceled, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes outside control of Sponsor which impair or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this promotion, the sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, modify, terminate or suspend the sweepstakes. In the event of termination, a notice will be posted. All eligible on-line entries received prior to the time of termination will be included, along with all eligible mailed entries, in a random drawing that will be held at the conclusion of the promotion. Potential Grand Prize winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form within 14 days of attempted notification. Noncompliance may result in disqualification and an alternate may be selected. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate will be selected. All travelers must execute a Release of Liability prior to ticketing and must possess required travel documents (e.g. valid photo I.D., valid passport, etc.) prior to departure. If a minor is selected as the guest of the Grand Prize winner, Grand Prize winner must be his/her parent or legal guardian. Grand Prize is subject to availability and certain travel restrictions and blackout periods apply to Grand Prize. All travel must be completed by 4/30/03, and is not permitted on November 19, 20, 23, 24 2002, December 20-23, 26, 27 2002 or 1/2/03. Air transportation is subject to availability of "E" class seats which may be limited or unavailable for certain flights or dates. All travel must originate and return to the same city and travel companion must travel on same itinerary as Grand Prize winner. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be reassigned. Substitutions or extensions are not available. Home Box Office reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the sponsor and its agencies to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold sponsors harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize.
