FIGHT WEEK NOTES: WEIGH-IN

- Don't forget that there's a great night of boxing tonight, starting at 8 PM ET/7 PM PT. Three different boxing events: The new documentary Thrilla In Manila, the premiere of Pacquaio-Hatton 24/7, and of course Wright vs. Williams. Check the schedule at the right for the timings of each show.

- There have been some touching tributes to HBO's Artie Curry, who sadly passed away this week. Artie was a behind-the-scenes man, in charge of talent relations for HBO Boxing, befriended by fighters and loved by everyone from press to promoters. Some of the best ones are Dan Rafel's on ESPN.com, Eric Silverstadt on Round One, and Thomas Hauser's profile on Artie from 1999. It's not often you meet a man like Artie.

- Yesterday at the official weigh-in, Sugar Shane Mosley was asked who he'd like to fight after his excellent performance in January against Antonio Margarito. Mosley said that he'd love to fight the winner of Pacquiao-Hatton after their May 2 event. What do you think?

- Some notes on weight: This seems to be a hot subject this week. With Wright-Williams, one of the deciding factors may be Winky's status as a natural middleweight. Williams has moved up from 147 pounds to fight Wright at 160. While often criticized for not throwing punches, Wright threw more punches in his unsuccessful outing against Bernard Hopkins than in previous fights. At Thursday's presser Wright addressed this, "I won't be just blocking. I'll be throwing a lot of punches... No one can win a fight just by blocking." If this is the case tonight, Wright's experience and Williams' heavier weight, a busy Winky Wright could make a difference.

Likewise with Cris Arreola, taking on Jameel McCline, back from retirement. Lots has been made of Arreola's weight, this time weighing in at 255 pounds, a pound heavier than his outing against Travis Walker in November. While Arreola is favored against McCline, some critics are asking if the weight factor will show itself in the ring tonight. We'll see.

- HBO Boxing on Facebook: It's great seeing everyone pretty exicted about tonight's line-up and we love all the fan photos... We'll keep posting 'em!

- Huge Twit: We'll be on Twitter tonight during the fight from ringside, checking out who else is talking about the fight... We're ready to go!
