Several weeks ago Zab Judah promised he would replace Miguel Cotto both as welterweight champion and as grand marshal of the annual Puerto Rican Day parade in Manhattan. By the time their fight for the World Boxing Association title was over Saturday night, it looked like Judah would be appearing in the next episode of "ER" instead.

After a week of open workouts, press events and even a little baseball, Miguel Cotto and Zab Judah faced off this afternoon at the official weigh-in. Cotto weighed in at 146.5 pounds and Zab "Super" Judah at 145. The 'x-plosive' event kicks off Saturday night after the Puerto Rico Day parade in New York City.
