Douglas Smith got his start appearing in commercials for "Rattlin' Wrestlers." Smith's first sitcom pilot was for NBC's "Stuck In The Middle With You." Smith has also had various guest starring roles in "cold case," "CSI Miami," and "Crossing Jordan." He has also filmed on location in Australia as a series regular for the television project for Sesame Workshop and Noggin, "Out There," which was broadcast throughout North America, Australia, and Britain.
Smith's feature film work includes "Sleepover," and most recently he finished shooting the lead in the indy feature "Citizen Duane." Smith can also be seen in another independent feature, "Rock The Paint," which premiered at the 2005 Tribeca Film Festival. Smith's independent work also includes the feature film "State's Evidence" and the lead in the holiday horror "Santa's Slay."
