Over the past 15 years Paul Perrier has quietly been establishing himself as one of the most exciting portrait photographers in Canada (there aren't that many). His pictures have been published in American Photo Magazine, Report On Business Magazine, Canadian Business Magazine, TV Guide, Razor, The Source. and Muslim Girl Magazine.
In 1999 he decided to try something new...documentary filmmaking. His first film - "Marymount Again" - a rock n' roll road movie, about his high school's 22nd year reunion, was broadcast nationally on CBC's "Rough Cuts".
In 2003 Paul shot a short documentary on the night of the big Blackout called "Maybe the Big Rabbit did it?" which was just selected for screening as part of the New York Independent Film Festival. His latest work is called "Cracked Not Broken" a real time documentary about his wife's oldest friend who turns to prostitution to support her crack habit . He has several projects, in various stages of production.
