The quality and appearance of web video playback is determined by a combination of factors including the processing capabilities + graphics/video card of your computer, your Internet connection and installed software on your machine. Assuming you meet the site requirements indicated in the Site Requirements section, there are a few things you can try to increase the quality of playback. 1) Limit the usage of other applications while watching video. (e.g. email windows, other browsers etc.) Usage of other applications when trying to watch video on the site will limit system resources available for video playback and could diminish the playback experience. 2) Review and try out the three video options available: Scale To Fit, Actual Size or Full-Screen to determine which performs best for your particular computer and connection type. The Actual Size option may work best for users on older, less powerful machines and lower speed connections. 3) Upgrade to the latest versions of the required software outlined in the Site Requirements section (e.g. Flash 10.) Updated software may contain improvements that help to optimize your site experience.
